Pop-up camper we bought a little over 3 years ago, used a half dozen times. Layout includes a shower/toilet. The plywood Cap is starting to rot at the edges due to failure in the caulking, otherwise typical wear and tear for 11 year old camper. Inside still stays dry with cap down so no water issues, but we do not wish to take on the expense/labor to fix it up. Never used the hot water heater, but the refrigerator, AC unit, and heater all work well. No known leaks in the water system, no know electrical issues. No soft spots in floor. We have the outdoor grill, removable cushion covers, fans, and some other accessories that would be included.
