Considered 24 foot( but measures 26 ) The magic bed is on a electric track that lifts up onto the ceiling . (The last photo has an arrow pointing to the bed in the up position on the ceiling ) Have original paperwork . Beautiful mural on back of Coach, solid Alder cabinets , Tons of storage. Generator , AC, Hydraulic leveling system , back up camera , brand new electric  refrigerator, TV w/ dvd player . Almost all the interior lights have been changed out for LED fixtures,  Solar panel that recharges battery. Antenna on roof but we have never tried it .
