Unlike most of these trailers that have tens of thousands of miles up and down the highway. This one has been moved for one trip during the nearly two years that I have owned it. The rest of the time it has been parked and not moved and taken no road abuse. The unit is spotless and in like new condition. Someone will be getting one hell of a trailer here. The original owner took it out once, went to flush black tank and forgot to open drain and overflowed the tank. It was cleaned and sterialized at the dealer before I bought it. But the owners turned it in on their insurance. This unit has a reconstructed Tennesee title. I have pictures from when it was purchased if needed.
