2017 Coachmen Freelander Micro Class C with Ford Transit 350 HD truck. One owner. Well maintained. 95% or more highway miles as this was used for full time business travel. Oil changed religiously. Tire pressure kept up. Tires changed less than 20k and 2 years ago, and look like new. Lived in full time for 3 years. Covered more than half of its life. Excellent gas mileage of 12.5 average and can be up to 14+ at times. Regular gas and at 10.5 feet tall and about 24’ total length, can go in most any gas station and any campsite. 30 amp service with 50 amp adapter included. Fully self contained. 4.0KW Onan QG generator (exceptionally maintained). Dometic electric or propane Flush mount double door fridge. 13,500 BTU air. 18,000 BTU furnace. Extra/Upgrades include: dual house batteries (2023), dual truck batteries (Feb 2024), standard gas water heater with added electric water heater, Maxx air vent covers. The following was done in February of 2024 in preparation to sell: replaced both truck batteries, replaced brake pads, replaced windshield, added an Apple CarPlay/Android Auto 10” aftermarket screen, added a new backup camera, replaced the exterior ladder, sanded and painted rear bumper, replaced a chrome wheel cover which came with 3 other new covers to convey with RV, replaced a RV lock door membrane, replaced a tank handle, replaced a running light, completely resealed roof with liquid rubber (roof was NOT leaking at all- I was thinking I might keep it and went ahead and did this as preventative maintenance- as was the case with the truck batteries that were fine but had never been changed- [batteries were always left in solar trickle charge when not in use]), replaced all vent’s plastic tops which were becoming very fragile, waxed exterior, replaced bathroom sink faucet, replaced several drawer latches. Additionally, in the last few years, when we traveled and lived in it full time, we had the dometic fridge completely rebuilt under warranty (probably in 2020 or 2021- works flawlessly), and we had the Onan generator also completely rebuilt at the Onan dealer in Birmingham, AL which it was working but not perfect and since being rebuilt it is perfect. This was probably in 2021 or 2022. We had to live at the dealer for 3 days while it was completely retooled from top to bottom.
