2016 Forest River Sierra 355RE. Bought from original owner in 2021. My brother has lived in it since then during college. It is LOCATED IN COLLEGE STATION, TX right now.

Since 2021 both AC unit motors, power awning and light strip, fridge and freezer motherboards, toilet flush seal and water valve have been replaced along with a few other maintenance and comfort items due to being used full time.

All items have been kept up with from a professional technician since it has been owned by us.

It is setup for full time use with residential appliances, jack and Jill bathroom, king bed, powered recliners, and fold out leather couch (Recliners and couch have been upgraded).

Tires were bought when we bought it and only driven on to our home and then to college station. No other travels since ‘21.

Only item that is not in working condition is the powered TV stand that rises from entertainment center. We put the TV on top.

NOTE - The fifth wheel was converted into a gooseneck by the original owner.
