This will come with a brand new, unopened 400 watt 12 Volt solar panel kit with a 40A MPPT charge controller. It will also come with brand new, unopened air bags for front and rear. I also have brand new, unopened 2-inch lift blocks and pucks all around that will come with the RV. I just don't have time to install these things right now.

I bought this with big intentions and really don't want to sell it, but the wife was adamant that we buy an old, broken-down farm which needs my time and attention more than this RV. I would hate to see it sit for the next couple of years which is likely what will happen if I keep it and I could use the extra cash to renovate our newly acquired farm.

Unfortunately, I thought I had fixed the refrigerator, but it still doesn't cool well. It needs to be repaired or replaced which will cost between $500 and $2000 depending what is done and who does the work. I'll try to get this fixed if I can find the time to work on it.

Overall, it is a very nice looking and nice running RV that has less than 18,000 original miles. These are glamour shots, while the RV has been well taken care of it does show some signs of its age. It has spent time outside and I have removed most of the original vinyl graphics that were becoming faded. It still needs a polish and detail. I had the intention of having a custom vinyl wrap done as it is a perfect blank canvas to get creative with, but it also looks pretty cool plain white.
