It took ONE trip from east to southwest. Professionally painted with non-toxic no VOC paint as well as kilz primer to help prevent any mold. Some renovation done in kitchen and bathroom. King bed in master and trundle bed in second, including a loft for storage, hang out or sleep! Sleeps many! (8 or more!)
