Description
Travel Trailer was purchased new from dealer in spring of 2022. My family has enjoyed every minute we have spent in this travel trailer, but are needing to sell it due to an upcoming move.
In addition to the standard equipment on this Travel Trailer, a LevelMate Pro leveling sensor, a rear facing camera, and tire pressure monitoring sensors were all installed.
Included with the sale of this trailer are all gray/black tank dump hoses, sidewinder supports for the dump hoses (keeps them off the ground), fresh water hoses (a brand new water filter), a separate hose to flush the black water tank, the supplied power cable for 30 Amp service (plus adapters to connect to 50 Amp service, and a household outlet to prep the trailer at home prior to traveling), tire pressure monitoring sensors are installed on the tire valve stems, and a rear-facing camera w/ monitor for in the tow-vehicle is installed.
This trailer hosts a single 40-gallon fresh water tank, two 40-gallon grey water tanks (one for the kitchen sink, and one for the shower/bathroom sink), and one 40-gallon black water tank.
The interior kitchen includes a three-burner stove top, an oven, a 10 cubic foot refrigerator, and expandable counter space.
The exterior hosts a 20 foot awning, and two spray ports with included quick disconnect spray hoses. The exterior kitchen was modified to house a 27" Blackstone griddle (not included) which connects to the LP connection beneath the skirt of the trailer (below the kitchen). The drawer which originally contained the two-burner stove was converted into a full drawer to house cooking utensils. The small dorm-style fridge remains in the exterior kitchen as well. Upon purchasing the trailer, we had rooftop vent covers installed as well as exhaust covers to prevent any insects from nesting in the water heater and the heater.
Upon entering the camper, a custom shoe rack was added to the shoe cubby on the left, to double the amount of shoe space available. In the shelves on the right, is the control center to manage the slide out kitchen area, awning, and monitor the level of the freshwater/grey/black tanks. There is also a built in stereo with speakers inside the camper, as well as outside. The LevelMate Pro sensor is mounted in the top of this cabinet. In the bedroom, custom shelves have been installed in both cabinets to increase storage space.
