The search is over! This is the camper you’ve been looking for. Well-maintained, clean without blemishes, and loved by our family but the kids grew up and now their college schedules don’t allow us to use it as often as we’d like. Instead of letting it sit and collect dust, we are letting it go to a new family. It has all the standards with the 2021 Grand Design Reflection 31MB middle bunk floorplan. At 36 feet, it hauls easily behind our RAM Diesel, even in windy conditions. The most enticing being the middle bunk room that has closing doors with bunk beds. The kids have their own room! It sleeps six, and we found it very comfortable with the five of us. There was even enough room for an air mattress and friends. You can truly enjoy your morning coffee in peace!

We are experienced campers and understand what is actually important and what is hype. The fireplace wasn’t hype, it was actually a perfect heater for the morning. The auto-leveling system did really work and eliminated the arguments over where the bubble was on the level. The electronic awning was fantastic at 2am when the wind picked up. Tinted windows – love them. Motion-sensor lights in the pantry, bathroom, and storage compartments were a big help. The water heater is both electric and propane, so you don’t need to burn up propane all the time. Second A/C makes the front bedroom extra cold.

We did make some improvements including: upgraded axle hanger supports (installed by Cliff’s Welding Supply), upgraded tires (load G 14-ply rating v. load E rating stock), Furrion Vision S back up camera system with 7” screen, television in the bunk room, and a counter-extension for just a little more counter space on the island.

Stored covered, when not in use, and the cover is included with the camper (pic of the cover rolled up attached). Clear title.
