!!! SOLD. !!! This camper is in beautiful condition, and has been stored inside 6 months/each year at our local fairgrounds. It has been used for 4 (1 week or less) outings. We love this camper, but since we are empty nesters, we are downsizing. This camper has a massive amount of storage inside and out. There is a large outside lighted pass-through storage area that is accessible from a door on each side of the camper. There are also two large storage areas under the 2 floor level beds as well as under the dinette. We are including 2 additional 30 amp extensions, 2 freshwater hoses, wheel chocks, exterior patio rug, and the attachments for the Blue Boy. We took this on a 5 day trip to Lake Superior with 6 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs and had a great time. We are including the Reese load equalizing/sway control hitch that is installed on it. Also included if you wish is a Coleman 10' x 12' Back Home Screen room. It has a ducted A/C and heater unit so there is a separate A/C and heating ducts throughout the camper. There is an LG 32" TV and an LG Blue Ray player included. I installed a brand new 12v battery last year. Everything works as new. It is currently winterized from winter storage and the propane tanks were just filled. You can fill this with provisions, hook it up, turn everything on, and go camping this weekend.
