This Momentum 376TH Toy Hauler is the best floorplan that Grand Design offers. The front living room features dual recliners with heat and massage, a sofa sleeper, and a fireplace. We removed the second sleeper sofa to make room for an office space, dog kennels, or any other use. There are three AC units, and a three-way residential refrigerator. We did replace the kitchen table to reorient the seating to enjoy the view out of the window.

The roof and awnings are brand new. The work was done by Blue Compass RV in Colorado Springs Other upgrades include the 4 step Lippert stairs, and a residential queen sized mattress. We did have this professionally skirted, and it has the Artic package. We lived in it full time one winter and it kept us nice and warm.

The garage, which is below the bedroom, has room for one touring motorcycle or a golf cart, or several smaller motorcycles, bikes, or other cargo.

This model includes a 30-gallon gas tank with a pump to refill to toys and it also has a generator with less than 75 hours on it. We made it a habit to start the generator regularly and the fuel system always has gas stabilizer in it.
