2016 MicroLite 25BHKS Sapphire Edition- bunkhouse with kitchen slide in very good condition with minimal use. I'm the second owner, we purchased in 2018 and only used the trailer for 5 trips. We are now looking to downsize from the bunkhouse for a more off the grid, off-road type trailer.

**There is an area of delamination on the front driver side, under the running light and water damage on the inside wall by the left cabinet next to the bed that needs to be repaired.

Otherwise, this trailer is in excellent shape and now listed 4k below it's retail value to compensate for the delamination/water damage.

Some of the features of the 25BHKS are,13.5K BTU roof air conditioner, heater runs off propane, 19' awning, spare tire, carrier and cover, outside grill, carbon monoxide detector, vent fan and cover, night shades, gas oven, rear ladder for bunks, 14” aluminum wheels, heated mattress, flat screen TV.

The entertainment head unit has not worked since I've owned it, however the flat screen TV works great and can be watched inside on wall mount or the outside mount under the awning.
