Full size washer/dryer combo unit, full size refrigerator, hard wood flooring throughout, decorative insulation on alls to better insulate, 2 AC units that keep you nice and cool even on the hottest days. 2 bathrooms, one shower. King bed in master. This unit will also come with 2 smart TVs (one in living room and one in master). Living room had extra surround sound speakers installed that makes movie watching even better. New GE convection microwave installed a year ago cooks up wonderful meals. 3 burner gas stove and oven (we never used oven). Currently we have bunk beds where the larger sofa was as we lived in this unit full time while home was being built. No pets inside and smoke free. This unit is CLEAN. Sofa will be reinstalled before sale. Both sofas are electric reclining sofas.
