Great Camper! Hate to sell but our truck is wore out and we can’t afford this camper and a new truck. Everything works as it should. Interior is pretty much in excellent shape Exterior is very sound with no physical damage but does have some cracks in the decals. Gen Y suspension goose neck hitch is awesome because you don’t have a big 5th wheel hitch in the back of your truck! 12’ garage. Rear ramp has been professionally repaired from a common problem of the ramp hinges breaking through the fiberglass and allowing water in and delaminating the foam and fiberglass. I don’t see this as ever being a problem again.

previous owner had a $3500 extreme roof coating applied which is supposed to protect the rubber roof for 50 years. 14 ply tires are in real good shape and comes with 2 brand new spares. Onan 5500 generator that starts right up from inside the unit. Happy jack queen beds in the garage and 1/2 bath in the garage make for a very nice private bedroom for guests or family. Loft bed sleeps 2 and air mattress formed around the living room couch that will sleep 2.Huge closet in the master bedroom
