Moved to Thailand, this has been a great RV, albeit we did not use it much. While aged it is in excellent condition, engine is quiet. Just over 65K miles on Triton V10 Ford E-350. Included, on board generator, AC, heater, water heater, awning, custom sound system and custom leather captain/co-captain chairs. I added real toilet not a cheap RV toilet. New LED lighting & new headlights. Tires are still in like-new condition. No leaks, and just rolled two new coats of rubber on the roof. Full kitchen with two sinks, oven and 4 burner stove and full size refrigerator & freezer. The previous owner and myself did not use the shower and we cooked mostly outside, kitchen is in like new condition. Leather couch opens to make a queen bed. Purchased a new pedestal and was going to make a new wooden table-top but have instead used the provided table so to have extra storage. Also included, an RV cover. Honestly, if did not move I would keep, pricing it to sell quick and easy. It will be hard to find a better value on a smaller easy to use RV.
