This Airstream has been lovingly restored from top to bottom. I had it professionally done by a reputable RV restorer. I am a rehabber of homes by trade and rehabbed this Airstream for my family. We have grown and have only used it twice. I am looking for a bigger unit for us and unfortunately have to sell this beauty. It sleeps 4 comfortably but you can also add a 5th person on the pull out twin bed. Everything is new in this unit except for the actual floor but it was very solid when we started and perfectly fine as it came from another person that stored it indoors. Everything else in the unit has been touched and restored.

Items that have been replaced include the double axels, new tires, new hubcaps, electric, insulation, Dometic penguin low profile 13,500 btus AC, tankless water heater, electric tongue jack/Reese weight distribution hitch, fresh water pump, Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater 42000 btus, Zip Awning , furring stove 17" with 3 burners, suburban Nt30sp furnace, new seals, New stereo usb/cd, new light caps, 12 volt Solar panel 100 watt, Gander 4000 watt pure sine wave inverter, 2-fantastic fans one is remote, new fridge, new interior doors including all new build out shelving, pull out twin bed with cushions, full bed in rear of trailer and drop down table for two people to sleep. All new cushions, can lighting throughout, new shocks, new grey water tank, natures head compost toilet, new shower, outdoor shower and it has been polished to a mirror finish. I have missed a few items but will go through receipts. It is stored in a covered unit.
