Only 3 months old, on demand water heater, king suite lots of closet space and storage, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, trifold sofa that sleeps 2-3, table and chairs in dining room, kitchen island, pantry, tv included, 2 a/c units. Beautiful white and grey interior. Very spacious.
