We are a Private Party seller. Bought this unit used and it has been great. Only two trips for the family. Really sleeps 7-8. Has the overhead bunk above drivers compartment, King Bed in Master, Full-size sofa sleeper, dinette sleeper, and two recliners. Has Washer & Dryer. 1 1/2 baths. All warranty and recalls are up to date. Serviced recently. Everything works. Well equipped with just about every gizmo you could imagine. Just ask. PLEASE. No scammers. No "I'll buy it site unseen and will send a check". Not in a great hurry to sell so let's take our time. I'm guessing new, this unit goes for $350K or better.
