My 2nd Tiffin RV and other than normal maintenance I have had no issues with engine, slides, levelers, or transmission. The Tow Haul gear is a great feature for mountain or city driving for those steep downhill grades or stopping for quick change red light. Just tap the brakes and it down shifts to the right gear. I have driven it 6 years though Colorado and New Mexico in high wind and never felt the need to add upgrades to shocks as I felt it steered and handled good with factory set up. I don’t think there is a better floor plan for long stays
