This is a Ford f-450 super duty frame with only 30,000 miles on the V10 Ford workhorse engine. This unit runs great, handles great, and tows flawlessly. It has low mileage and is in great condition. The cab features comfortable leather captain chairs and a new Mechless stereo system which allows you to use your phone for GPS. Above the seats is a media center with smart Visio tv and plenty of room for the entertainment equipment of your choice. There is a privacy curtain for the windshield.

Also, the bedroom has a folding privacy door. All inside windows feature day and night pleated shades.

The outside features an entertainment area, an adjustable 16' manual awning, an Onan 4000 generator, a 14 gallon propane tank, and 30 gallons of fresh water. On the roof is a batwing antenna and satellite dish, and one a/C. Recent maintenance includes: new belts, new battery disconnect, steering dampener install and 2 new tires and rotation, transmission service and a new windshield. This is a solid unit and has been well maintained.
