2020 Grand Design Momentum 29G (Toy Hauler) **Sale Pending**

The 30 ft camper is optimized for extended period dry dock stays when no hook ups are available. Onan 4,000 watt/ 33 amp generator, 30 gallon fuel (gasoline) tank for the generator with a fuel pump for filling motorcycles or other recreational vehicles you are hauling. Camper also has a total of three (3) 12V/DC deep cell batteries (2 for trailer utilities, and a separate for starting the generator). Total of 100 gallon capacity in fresh water tanks. Factory wired to easily add solar panels. Extended propane hose was installed to accommodate a larger propane tank, and several added AA batteries lights throughout interior. All ceiling vents have roof covers.

The trailer has 30 amp elec. service. 2 AC units from the factory (one for the bedroom, and the larger one for the rest of the trailer). The furnace has ducting throughout. LED accent lighting throughout. The refrigerator/ freezer is a dual power (electric or propane). 6 gallon hot water tank is dual power. Furrion gas oven with 3 burner cook top and overhead microwave. Stainless steel sink with new residential faucet.

The toy hauler ramp makes a deck with a railing around the perimeter and power retractable awning. There is a pull down screen to separate the inside of the rear area from the patio. Toy hauler section has multiple set up options within the 11’ x 8' space (see photos).

The living area has reclining theater seating within the side out, 32” TV, Rockford Fosgate stereo system with a subwoofer and 2 outside speakers (2 zone system), hook ups on the outside for a TV. There is USB throughout for changing phones, etc. The bedroom has a queen bed within a slide out. The shower is tall enough for a 6’-5” tall person to shower. Vinyl flooring in living area. All factory manuals and records are included.
