This low-miles, pampered RV is better than new RV with upgraded 30 year roof sealant added Spring 2024, marine-grade AGM batteries and LED tail lights Fall 2023 and lots of essential RVing accessories included. We love this RV. We just don't have enough time to use it. This is our first RV and we lucked into getting all the features we love, but didn't know we had to have, like auto-leveling jacks. The layout is perfectly usable while you're traveling down the road and roomy when you've set up camp. There are two TVs inside and a TV outside under the awning. The stereo includes the features you want like backup cameras, bluetooth connection. The two HVAC units keep it cool in the summer and the gas heater keeps it toasty in the winter. The instant water heater provides endless hot water. The stovetop includes gas burners and an induction electric burner. The fridge and freezer are the right size. There's a great amount of storage in and under the RV. This model is new enough to include LED lighting and USB plugs, but was built pre-COVID, so the craftsmanship is better than many newer models. This is truly the goldilocks of RVs. It's not too big, not to small. It's just right in every way.
