22 ft Nice couples camper, easy to tow and outside kitchen. Power awning, plenty of storage. Gas/elect water heater, dinette table/bed, shower with door, ducted heat, outside shower, bumper grill (grill has never been used). Less than 30 ft total, so good for parks. Dry weight less than 5K. Everything works fine.
