This is a fantastic couples coach and perfect for full time living! Completely remodeled in 2022 New tires and awning. It can easily be turned back into a bunkhouse if needed. I do have the bottom bunk which was removed. This unit needs nothing and is ready to go. Spacious living area with reclining theater seating. Drop leg table for eating or crafting. dual propane or electric refrigerator. 3 burner stove top. Standard bathroom with a tub/shower, sink, and toilet.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with lots of storage underneath. Two closets one on each side and a night stand on one side with overhead storage above the bed. The rear room was converted to a utility/storage room and has a whole wall full of closets. one bunk still in the back that we used for storage. The black refrigerator in the pictures DOES NOT STAY.
