This campers interior is in excellent condition, great for families! (did have pets, but No smokers) Toy Hauler section hauled our golf cart & motorcycle. (not at the same time.) It has two hijack beds in the back, lots of room in the toy hauler section. Bottom section can turned into a dinette area. 

LOTS of storage, LOTS of cabinets!!!!

Frig and AC work amazing - always Cold.

Exterior has some minor fading, but given it's 7 years old, that should be expected. Has two sides, outside shower. Wired for generator and washer and dryer.

One arm of the awning is bent from a wind storm last year, we reduced the price $2000 to reflect that repair. (have link for replacement for whoever wishes to replace) The last couple of trips last year, we used a 2x4 and clamp to extend out.

Price is pretty firm, but willing to negoiate SOME. Typically this camper will sell for $30-$38,000. So this is quite the deal.
