Since purchasing the motorhome it has been serviced exclusively by Redlands Truck and RV. Records available for service performed on the engine, generator, levelers, slides, installation of a TS Performance Module to increase HP, upgraded Koni shocks front and rear, spacer block to correct a lean, installation of a Safe-T-Plus blue unit and steering control unit, wiring of new fog lights, co-pilot chair motor replaced.

Self maintenance include replacing the toilet, lined the closets and bedroom drawers with cedar, new kitchen backsplash, re-sealed the roof.

Motorhome is ready to go with everything required for full hook ups or dry camping. If desired, we can leave sheets, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and silverware. Most of these items are like new. While we didn't use the RV a lot, we did take it to Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Nothern California, with no issues on the road, using full hookups, or using the generator for dry camping. We flat tow a 2020 Jeep Wrangler 4DR 4WD without any loss of power.

Items that need work: The driver side slide awning was removed after heavy winds ripped it and never replaced. The sleeper sofa leatherette is peeling. There are a couple of small cracks in the linoleum floor. Driver side carpet is stained. The front cap protection film is cracking--we bought it this way and never put in the elbow grease to remove it.
