We have been the only owners. Have title in hand. Great camper, well built, endured a midwest winter with zero difficulties. Properly managed by two adults. No children have lived in this camper. New water heater has been installed, you do not run out of hot water during a full shower. Water heater is electric/propane. Outside shower with hot/cold water. New tires and brake system were checked one year ago. Full service also completed one year ago. Bluetooth connection for indoor/outdoor speaker system. Two AC units, one in the living room and one in bedroom. Pull out couch with minimal use and two reclining chairs. Bedroom closet is HUGE and his/her sides. A LOT OF STORAGE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE!!

Only blemish is the skirt on back left side panel has damage due to a tire blowout when traveling. ALL COSMETIC, NO functional or mechanical issues. Camper was taken in for inspection and new tires after tire blowout. We have two new spare tires that would be sold along with camper.  Included in sale are two 10’ sewer hoses, 10’ heated water hose, a 50 amp surge protector, 30 amp surge protector, and an adapter converter for a 30 or 50 amp.  Center line TS distribution hitch and sway bars are included. In addition, all water hook up lines and accessories provided. Everything you need for a new start or a new and upgraded camper!! 
We have been traveling nurses and are ready to buy a home and settle down. This camper has been our home and provided so many memories and opportunities!!
