Very good condition camper. We purchased summer 2023 to move across country and live in while awaiting closing on a house which took months. Non smoking. Cats and dogs (not included!) lived in but it is clean. Has slide out.
Comes with what you need to start camping! Set of camco blocks, wheel stabilizers, wheel covers, jack cover, AC cover, full camper cover, toilet paper and enzyme cleaner, soap dispensers, water house, water filter, water regulator, rv power cord, rv adapter, outdoor rug, bin supplies for waste management, a few other things. Upgraded mattress.
There are two propane tanks, it is wired for a rear camera if you want to install and has a port to hook a solar panel. Awning off front door side extends most the length of the camper.

We added a some things including:
- second awning over slide out
- Curt weight stabilizing bars and hitch professionally installed and partially welded on.
- shower storage bar
- small storage shelves on entry and next to beds
- cut a small hole under the bed for our cats to have a space (right side of bed)
- exterior metal covers to prevent bugs
- paper towel holder
- toilet paper holder

We had it winterized at an RV shop and five year maintenance 2/8/24 including:
- winterization
- flush tanks
- AC service filters changed
- hot water heater cleaning and anode replaced
- new kitchen faucet and new shower faucet
- new propane gas regulator
- new sealant on seams
- new propane gas monitor
