What Does Not Work Currently:
The manual awning was removed recently as it basically wore out. The bracketry to install a new awning was retained if the new owner decides to replace it (and perhaps go with a more modern electric version).
The outdoor shower head water line (located inside the vehicle near the rear entry door) has been plugged to prevent leakage. There is no direct replacement for that shower head, so it would need to be retrofitted with an available outdoor shower head fixture.
Features:
Sofas power slide into a queen plus bed
Old analog TV was removed and that space converted into a large finished storage area
Generous sized kitchen and countertops to include convection oven/microwave
Large 2-way refrigerator/freezer
Rear vanity with plentiful storage
Rear air suspension
Engine runs strong with no leaks or seepage
Summary:
At only 22 feet long and 7 ½ feet wide, this motorhome drives like a Class B but lives like a Class C. Tight spaces are easier to maneuver in, but once settled in at the campsite, does not feel cramped.
No expense/improvements have been spared in our 8 years of ownership, and the motorhome has been meticulously dialed-in for many more years of carefree adventures. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to enjoy what we have created as we are moving overseas to take care of my wife’s elderly and ailing parents. Hopefully there is a buyer out there who can appreciate and enjoy our beloved motor home as much as we have.
