This is a 290BHS, it’s 29 feet long with rear bunk house. It’s pretty much factory so basic questions can be answered by looking at the links provided. Outside of the factory specs there are a few things that we’ve done and/or will be coming with the camper. First is the master bed, we got rid of the original mattress and put in a queen size foam mattress, one of the ones that come in a box ($500). Second is all the sewage and water hoses as well as a whole house water filtration system that can be hooked up at the camp site, extra hoses for flushing and the clear elbow that has a hose hook up for flush outs. Third comes all the yellow square leveling blocks you’ll need (around 20) as well as X jacks for the tires and spare wheel chalks. Fourth is the bumper mounted grill. The hardware is mounted on the bumper and the grill has been cleaned and put in the front storage compartment for travel, it’s like new. Fifth, the electrical connections. We have the original 30A cord that came with the camper as well as a surge protector and a 50A adapter, in case you need it. Lastly, it comes with E2 anit-sway/weight distribution system ($2500 new). Only issue with the camper is the front electric jack is not working and must be raised and lowered via a 19mm socket and ratchet (not included). The camper has been stored indoors during the winter all of its life and parked at my house, plugged in during the summer. I regularly wash and wax it as well as Rain X the windows throughout the summer and thoroughly winterize it before the winter. The camper is located at my place of business in Wilmington OH, it’s stored indoors and I’d be happy to go over anything I’ve missed in this post as well as plug it in to show you everything works.
