RV is in very good shape, not many miles on the chassis since it was owned by a snow bird and then bought by my wife and i to live on our sons lot. Has an outdoor refrigerator and TV area with speakers on the outside. Has an island in the kitchen, an extra "pantry room" and a lifted bunk bed. The toilet is an upgraded porcelain type. This is the Premium Thermal edition so its the best in hot weather climates!
