A/C (Dometic) and fridge (electric 2-way,12v and 110v) are both one-year old and work very well. Both the A/C and the fridge are still under warranty and I have the paperwork. Fridge is a Norcold NR751BB (2.7 cu ft) includes a freezer shelf. We had two g24 batteries installed to extend refrigeration time. New solid wood table. We put in the upgrades for a two-month road trip last summer and it worked wonderfully for our family of six. Heater and hot water heater are original to the camper and work well. Sleeps 7. Front king & rear queen tent end beds, sofa bed, dinette bed, front lounge w/slideout ice chest & storage below lounge seats, two-burner cooktop, sink, slideout booth dinette w/storage below seats, outdoor shower, and more.

In very good shape overall. The seam is partially torn on the window inside next to the sink, but it still keeps the rain out. We've spent nights in the rain and had no leaking issues.

Weight is 2278 lbs. Length open is 23'6" and length closed is 15'10" (fits in our garage nicely).
