Welcome to your new off-grid cabin on wheels. This Class B camper van was custom-built by 27North of Springfield, MO from a brand new 2022 Ford Transit high-top extended AWD cargo van and is "like new". The van was lifted and fitted with BFG KO2 tires to handle rough terrain and snowy roads. It is powered by three 100W solar panels, a 3000W inverter and 12.8V300Ah LiFePO4 battery when off grid, or a 30A cord when hooked up to shore power. Water is supplied from a 30 gallon tank with bypass to connect to city water. It is fully equipped with a Dometic AC unit, MaxxFan roof vent/van, Dometic refrigerator/freezer, dual burner Greystone Induction cooktop and Bosch water heater. The countertops and table are all handmade butcherblock, able to be refinished if needed over time. A stainless steel country-style sink with spray faucet completes the galley. A separate wet-bathroom doubles as the toilet (Theford cassette toilet) and shower complete with rain shower head and separate spray nozzle. All grey water is collected in an undermounted heated tank to prevent freezing for four-season traveling. The dining table lowers by electric lift to create the bed: a spacious California queen-sized mattress pieced together from the bench cushions. The living quarters are completely insulated and paneled with pine tongue and groove, primed and painted for easy cleaning. Lighting is provided by numerus overhead LED strips and pucks. Numerous 15A outlets and USB charging stations are staggered throughout the living quarters. Airplane style overhead storage runs the length of both driver and passenger sides. The exterior of the van features a full rooftop star-gazing deck made from composite, non-degradable material built out on a Backwoods Adventure rack with ladder access. Attached to the front of the rack is a RoughCountry single row light bar for navigating extra dark backroads. Additional pod lights complete the external lighting package. Opening the rear double doors gains access to an external hot/cold shower hose and nozzle perfect for outdoor showers, cleaning the dog and bikes. A removable cabinet opens up the central alleyway and serves as great storage for firewood and tools.

Due to a change in my job situation, this camper has seen hardly any use and is essentially brand new. The van still falls under Ford's 3yr/36000 warranty and is ready to go on its next adventure.
