Selling because I simply am not using it more than 3 times per summer/fall to a state park, 35 miles away. Better than new, as I have made several improvements, such as shelves, bath towel holder, safety grab bar in shower, and it comes with many extras, worth well over $1000.

Jayco says it will sleep 4, but I recommend no more than 2. Gas burners have never been used.

Extras include:
1. Curt Echo wireless brake controller (works with app and any smart phone). These are $220 new.
2. Tailer Valet dolly, which will fine tune any parking movement you make, up to 10000 pounds! This unit is $749 at Lowe's.
3. Wireless camera on the back of camper, that connects to monitor on windshield (see pics).
4. 2" trailer hitch with up or down extender.
5. Lots of camping "stuff", including camping water hose, electric drill for leveling, chaulk blocks, electrical power connector surge protector, added TV and electric booster antenna, and more.

The unit was bought in May, 2021. Probably has no more than 800 miles on it. Has central ceiling a/c, not the one "window type" unit in the wall on cheaper 154BH models, and great gas heater. Not a thing wrong with it, and Jayco makes a very solid unit.

Even a small SUV can tow it, as my Ford Escape Ecosport engine had no problems towing it.
