We are the original owners and have owned the RV since it was brand new. The unit is well maintained, with annual roof inspections, cleaning, & care, a new 15,000 BTU ducted Dometic AC was installed as of April 2024 and is ready for summer the unit has auto leveling, and an upgraded pin box second 15,000BTU air conditioner for a total of 30,000BTU's of cooling, 50A service, slide toppers, upgraded entry steps and many additional upgrades that are not standard for a model of this year, serious inquiries only, Florida owned RV.

Just to be clear, we have owned this RV since new and purchased it at Dixie RV Supercenters in Florida on May 4th, 2016 this is a true one-owner RV.
