We have taken excellent care of our trailer and need to sale it due to our own limitations and not those of the trailer.

We have replaced and upgraded the foam in the dinning booth, it is very comfortable now. All the applicances have been gently used, the oven and large refrigerator is as new.

One of the reasons we purchased this unit was the convenient access to both sides of the bed, the second reason was the abundant storage areas inside and outside. We also found Keystone to be a quality manufacturing company and Cougar to meet or exceed our expectations in all areas.

We used our Cougar to camp in the Umpqua Forest, especially enjoying Diamond Lake. The Oregon coast at Winchester Bay is another favorite.

I don't believe you will find a cleaner used trailer anywhere, we don't smoke or have pets or even kids. Just us two, enjoying the forests and scenery and playing a hand or two of canasta each night.

The tires are good, we cover the tires when parked.
The awning is good, actually everything is in great condition.
The hot water heater elements have been replaced as has the batteries.
