The basement where the fresh water and grey and black tanks are located is insulated and heated for year round camping. This is a true out-west mountain camper. They are primarily sold in the Utah, Washington, Colorado, Wyoming area. It is far superior to brands like Palomino that are usually found in the midwest and east coast.

I have a set of TorkLift Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs for a 4th Gen Ram 3500 that i will include for $500. (part numbers TLD2127 and TLD3109). I can help you install them if you have the same truck and want them. They have extensions that are easily removed so the mounts virtually disappear when not in use.
