Bath has a small tub perfect for young children. Weight distribution hitch, all electrical cords, and hoses for sewer hook-up, fresh water hose, outdoor rug, table for outside use, small coffee pot, and camper stove are included. New battery, recently serviced. Used for 8 months and then two short trips before our children outgrew it.
