My wife and I retired in October 2017. We used this RV as our home full time until March 2023. Unfortunately, due to health reasons(major surgery)we had to move into a rental. The RV was used to travel throughout the U.S.A. visiting many states and experiencing the national and state parks, monuments, civil war battle fields and many more towns and cities of interest. The RV served us well no matter the circumstances, cold or hot weather. It was maintained regularly and when things broke they were fixed.
The RV has new tires and brakes with less than 5000 miles of road use. Inside upgrades include a 50" smart TV, new reclining love seat, newer carpet on the floor of slide out, more shelving installed in cabinets and pantry, and a newer model of dining table. Other features include an eighteen cubic foot refridgerator/freezer, 3 AC units to keep you cool in the summer, 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, kitchen island,electric fireplace, 4 tvs with remotes, stereo sound throughout the RV including exterior speakers, CD/DVD/radio and an Owen 5500 generator( recently serviced). There is also a side deck giving you more living space. This RV has a 100 gallon fresh water tank and a new shur-flo water pump. If you want to go off grid you have everything you need for all the creature comforts. The master bedroom has a Queen size Nectar memory foam matress with matress cover. Plenty of under bed storage plus closet and drawer space. The toy hauler part of the RV has only been used as extra living quarters. There has never been any gas powered toys inside this RV. There is a 60 gallon gasoline capacity, 30 galllons for generator operation and 30 gallons for toys. There is a bathroom in the toy hauler area(toilet and sink). The only reason that we are selling for less than average is that we can not use it any longer and want someone to be able to enjoy it at a discount.
