We have just reupholstered the Dinette with a beautiful tasteful high end Black and Gray Paisley. The valences over and around windows were redone with a slightly textured Gray faux leather.
The mattress in Master bedroom is brand new and never has been slept on. Brand new battery. See Photos. (MANY items in photos have since been completed since pictures taken.) CLEAN Looks unused. This was purchased last year from dealer Who Purchases At insurance auctions. Trailer was in almost new condition except for fact that it was cosmetically vandalized only on the interior. Functions such as electric, plumbing, ect were basically in unused condition. Many items like oven never even used. Vandal put cuts fabric and some surfaces. Trailer was taken by insurance company as salvaged title since it was vandalized. IT sat on dealers lot for a long time unused as he didn't have anyone to do that type of repair. Reupholster all fabrics, Nothing in bunkhouse end was touched. At this point, ALL fabric has been redone completed. Unfortunately, I recently found out that I will not end up needing trailer as my planned guest. This has been unused for almost two years before I started, so other than the cosmetic repaired vandalism, Trailer systems is quite new and unused. Any questions, please feel free to ask. It is such a cool space. This would make a great Airbnb Rental. camper. Full size fridge, inside and Outside Kitchen. Lots of closet space and storage, a fireplace and in unit music system. there are still some other uncompleted wall cosmetic marks but can be easily repaired as cosmetic.
