2 brand new tires put on a month before storage, the other 2 3/4 tread left
new battery right before storage
well taken care of and maintenanced (grease bearings, lubricate slides, interior well kept)
Has been stored in a shop all winter
cracked skylight cover is sealed with flex seal.
