This 5th Wheel has all the extras!  Cummins 5500 gasoline generator, dual batteries, residential refrigerator with ice maker, mid-bunk design with loft above, all electric jacks and stabilizers with auto-leveling, outdoor  kitchen, outdoor tv, central vacuum, two electric awnings, all slides equipped with retractable awnings, electric fireplace with heater.  Roof is in great condition, all seams have been sealed permanently with Eternabond tape and there are no leaks.  Here are the only things wrong with the fifth wheel: The left aluminum arm on the main electric awning will need to be replaced as it has begun to  break apart (see picture); Also the vinyl on two recliners and sofa in living room have quite a bit of peeling as you can see in the pictures; And the water pump is not working.
