This Class A is garage kept, everything on the Motorhome is in well maintained condition. It is serviced regularly, oil changes, most camping is low milage except, drove to Hilton Head once. You will notice according to the picures that it is in excellent condition, there are no leaks anywhere and as stated it is serviced, and everything in the RV is kept up, This RV has a washer & dryer located in a closet next to the kitchen with a louvered door, 1 full bath which is very roomy with a large standing shower, 1 half bath. There is also a table/desk for dining or work if needed. There is a large comfortable recliner, besides the 2 large captain chairs in the driving area that swivel to use for company. Included is 3 tv's inside and 1 outside in entertainment bay, it has 1 Super slide that extends the kitchen and living area, and 3 smaller slides. It has 1 large awning mulit color that is battery powered, that has LED lights. It also has Self Leveling electric powered jacks for setting up at campsites, it has an onboard Cummins Onan RV QG 7000 Generator.There is a great onboard battery system. The only reason we are selling this Motorhome is because our family is growing and we are needing to purchase a larger Motorhome, we will be purchasing another Newmar. We have owned many RV's this is the best by far.
