Description

We are selling our ST360RLS-R as we have decided we are getting too old to tow it. We have thoroughly enjoyed the time we have lived in it but have found a small park model to winter in South TX. We bought this unit in "21 from a couple who bought it new and traveled full time in it. We also lived in this unit full time but our summers were spent as camp hosts in a federal park and our winters were spent in South TX so our travel amounted to going and coming from TX to KS. This unit is equipped with all the standard features that come with Solitudes including the 4-season insulation, tank heaters and auto leveling.

I originally had planned to set this RV up to boondock and to that end I set it up to be energy efficient and to have plenty of battery backup with several ways to recharge to batteries. To that end I installed 600 Amps of Lithium batteries with the inverters (6000 watt) to match. Also Solar charging equipment but never was able to install the panels that I wanted. I also set up charging to use the alternator on the truck to refresh the batteries. I installed soft starts on both of the AC units (one of which is a heat pump unit). This unit requires a 50 amp service but will actually operate on 30 amps.

When we bought the camper I changed the hubs and brakes for new ones that included new bearings. Also new tires. Those items have a grand total of around 4K miles on them. I also changed out the hitch to a MORyde shock absorber with an Andersen Ball. Both of which make for a great ride.

Some other things I have upgraded are the tank level indicators. I have also added a 2 gal pressure tank and higher performance Water Pump. I put in drinking water filtration. We also added slide covers. I added several improvements to the storage inside.

We have endeavored to maintain this RV as close to new as possible. There was a tear in the linoleum from the Entertainment center slide when we bought the unit and we have had the slide repaired and the linoleum damage minimized (see picture). Also there is some slight denting to the tinwork on the same slide (on the outside). I don't intend to fix this but new owners can if they so desire.

The RV has a washer and dryer and dishwasher which function well. The electric fireplace and furnace work great. We have been through several consecutive days of zero temps with no ill effects.

I would be more than willing to talk to any serious buyer about this camper at length. We just want it to go to a great home.
