When purchasing a used trailer there are three major factors you should consider, The condition, the floorplan, and the price. This trailer excels in all three areas. With respect to the condition, this trailer is in excellent condition, almost like new. I am the original owner. All systems work perfectly. It is under cover when not in use and, as a result, the exterior, including the roof, are in excellent condition. It is smoke and pet free. You will not find a better floorplan in a 23-foot trailer (see floorplan picture). It has both a separate dinette area and a sofa to relax on. A separate seating area apart from the dining area is a must in a trailer in my opinion. The trailer has a large radius/corner shower, and plenty of hanging storage. The bathroom has its own door to allow for privacy. The kitchen has a deep countertop which makes food preparation easier. It has a queen-size murphy bed, a feature which leaves the same interior living space of a longer and heavier 26–28-foot trailer. The trailer has dual batteries, an outside gas grill, roll up awning and a spare tire. A weight distributing trailer hitch and sway control bar are included. Why selling?
