Here are the updates that we have made to the R.V.:

• New Tires
• New Inverter and Converter
• Warranty Work on Ford F450 Engine (Spark Plugs replaced, general maintenance)
• New Fridge
• Renovated living area (Two custom couches with washable cushion covers and storage underneath instead of dinette and jack knife sofa)
• Additional bunk bed (3 total, instead of the stock 2)
• Removed microwave to have more shelving
• Kitchen Backsplash
• New bathroom flooring.
• Windshield replaced
• Generator Serviced, working great
• New House Batteries
• New Battery

Some items that need to be address:

• Exterior spots with water damage on the roof.
• Awning works, but may need be replaced
• Power door locks not working (Took it in for service and they switched it over to manual locks for now)
• Most electrical issues have been fixed (New converter and Inverter), however the door locks for whatever reason manually trigger when in park. Not much of an issue, but can be annoying when relaxing. I've only noticed it doing that in park.

The price is AS IS even though we've put alot of work into it, there remains still some more work, but it is ready for a nice camping trip now!

Other than that, the RV is running great! All systems functional (Slide Outs, generator, inverter, auto leveling system jacks, Rear and side view camera). It's a 30 amp electrical plug and the generator works great! The RV is ready for another family that is looking for a new adventure!
