This trailer is very versatile and we have added many mods to make this even better. Checkout the You Tube video by Josh the RV Nerd showing the same year and model as our unit.

This TT has only been towed to 4 campgrounds in Fl. and slept in 11 nights. It has an extended warranty until 5/14/25.

Sleeping arrangements have two bunk beds which could also be storage areas if there are only two of you. The Murphy bed which doesn't take up space is queen sized and the U-shaped dinette can be converted to a full sized bed. All bedding, sheets and pillow top foam are washed, packed and available if you desire.

Two 20 lb propane tanks have a safety set of hoses installed which will automatically turn off the flow if it senses a leak in the system. You have a 3 burner stove, a water heater, a furnace, and an outdoor connection for a grill which will utilise the propane.

In addition there is an upgraded convection microwave which can be used as a regular oven.

This TT has an additional advantage if you are off grid because it has a solar system with TWO 190 w solar panels. Because the refrigerator is 12 v, the solar system can power the fridge(just don't park in the shade LOL). Also when attached to your vehicle on the way to your destination, the fridge can be cooling. Btw, there is a small additional electric fridge in the outdoor kitchen.

We've upgraded both fans adding the Max Air Fan which has a remote that can power the fan and open and close the roof lid when you wish more ventilation.

The unit has a slideout at the U-dinette which creates more space when open. But what's unique here is that if you wanted to camp overnight at a Cracker Barrell or just a stop at a rest on the way to your destination, you have access to all the beds and restroom unlike some TT's even when the slide is closed.

We have a water system set up with filters and quick connect hose fittings. We have also added additional storage pipes for more sewer hoses(included) in case they are needed.

Included in this deal is a Furrion($725) rear camera and monitor. In addition there is an Andersen anti-sway hitch ($659) which is easy to take down or set up.

The price is negotiable but there are 100's of $ of RV gear included you won't need to buy.
