Selling our Jayco fifth wheel due to lack of time to use it because of a new business that has taken off. I’m the first and only owner. 

It has been on the road for only 200 miles bringing it from Hilltop camper sales located in Mn where it was purchased to my property in Birchwood Wisconsin. It has been inside storage for winter. 

It does have scratches on the front cap but otherwise it’s in good condition. Has not been in any accidents. A vin number is available below. 

A new mattress was purchased last summer which comes with. 

This unit is very nice and comfortable with tons of storage. It comes with Tv in kitchen, living room and bedroom only. Living room TV 50inch, kitchen and bedroom 32 inch TV. Does have outdoor tv hook up. Five slides, two awnings that are 12 and 14ft. Powered by a push of a button, and they have lights. Two air conditioner's whisper quiet. Furnace. Outdoor kitchen with small sink, fridge, and flat top. Two heated, massage chairs. Central vacuum. Stereo speakers with radio, for inside and outside listening. Speak on command. WiFi booster. master bathroom with double sinks, hook up for W/D, one small bathroom with sink and toilet. Four door fridge. Oven and microwave confections oven. This is the luxury model with a lot of bells and whistles!

My warranty will transfer but does end in September..
