The RV is self leveling with the push of a few buttons. All of the lights and slide outs are touch-screen controlled. There is a ton of overhead and under-the-counter lights to set the right mood, and the inside-outside speaker system is really nice.

The kitchen area is very large and has more cabinet space than you can use, and lots of countertop space. The large fridge/freezer are incredibly helpful.

The loft has been great for our two toddlers, and can be used to sleep several. If not used for sleeping or a play area, it is magnificient storage space.

The drop frame rear-bedroom has lots of storage space (including under the bed) and even fits our King Size mattress.

The two AC units keep this RV cool all summer and the Propane heating unit has no trouble keeping it warm, especially when you turn on the electric fire place to complement.

The unit has been well maintained and kept clean. Has only been towed (since purchase) 4 times locally.

It comes with a warranty that is 20 months into an 84 month warranty that carries a $500 deductible. This was a $3,307 warranty cost. +
