Gently used 2022 Heartland Mallard M27. Camper was brought to the house May 2022and was never on road again. Was only used in the summer of 2022 by 1 person and not used by anyone last year. It has a bedroom with a king bed, small wardrobe and plenty of storage. A sliding door gives room privacy.
There is 1 slide for sofa and dinette. Dinette has reversible cushions and storage under seats. Both coverts to sleeping spaces.Along the back are 2 large swivel seats.
Kitchen is equipped with sink stove with top for extra countertop space. A oven that was never used. A microwave sits above stove. There is an oversized fridge with uses battery, electric and/or propane.
Bathroom has toilet, sink and "walk in" shower. Fresh water tank is 45 gallons and grey and black water tanks are each 40 gallons.
1 AC unit on roof with heater is located in main living space.
Large 17' awning operating by switches.2 propane tanks with cover. Leveling jacks controlled by switches. Huge, really huge storage space with access from both sides user bedroom area.
The camper has been covered the past two winters. The cover and 4 wheel covers are included. Also a small portable waste water of no site hookup. Size approximately 20-25 gallons
